1. Data We Collect

• Photo: The image you upload is sent to OpenAI's API to generate your sticker and is not stored beyond 24 hours.
• Personal details: Name, date of birth, height, weight and club are used solely to personalise your sticker.
• Payment data: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used only to generate and deliver your sticker. We do not sell, share, or use it for advertising.

3. Data Retention

Generated sticker files and associated metadata are automatically deleted 24 hours after creation. Uploaded photos are not stored on our servers.

4. Third Parties

• OpenAI — processes your photo to generate the sticker image. Subject to OpenAI's privacy policy.
• Stripe — processes payments. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

5. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. Contact us at privacy@mysticker2026.co.uk to exercise these rights.

6. Cookies

We use sessionStorage (browser memory only, cleared when you close the tab) to pass your sticker data between pages. No tracking cookies are set.
